Loyalty

Loyalty demands something from us, and there is always the choice of what to be loyal to?

In the end, maybe we can only be loyal to principles. This might be because material items, people, or ideas fall short in the test of life. I think what I mean is that, maybe there is something that is greater than everything else. If I can dedicate myself to something good, then I would hope that good would flow out of me.

By being loyal to something good, that light also radiates to my relationships, my crafts, and the choices I make. I can only hope that I transform as well.
